Founder and President Diane Dennis has multi-focal skillsets, and advanced schooling and training that combined, provides optimum management for clients of Age at Home Service LLC. Diane has a degree in Nursing (RN), is a certified Life Transition Coach, holds a certification in Training and Development and is certified in Domestic Violence. Diane is an award winning publicist through her PR agency, Inspired Media Communications.

Medical experience includes: Director of Nurses for an Assisted Living Facility, case managing patients with complicated disease processes, and managing a 24 hour shift of caregivers; Assistant Director of Nursing for two Skilled Nursing Facilities; Home Health RN, Cardiac Care RN; Medical Power of Attorney; Case Managing Seniors in Home for aging in place.

 

In addition to Diane’s care management, Age At Home Service contracts with health care providers to meet skilled and non-skilled needs of the senior. Our ultimate goal is to honor the desires of each of our senior clients and their families through our comprehensive care management solutions for the safest, best practices and cost effective needs of the family unit.
